Capacity Accelerator Program

In our Capacity Accelerator Program, we will do a deep dive into your current operations, policies, procedures, programs, and funding strategies. The Capacity Accelerator Program is ideal for nonprofits who have been established for over 5 years and desire to expand their capacity whether through designing and implementing new programs, expanding existing programs, and increasing revenue through new and diverse revenue streams. Our experts will assess all facets of your organization and provide a strategic game plan on how we can assist you to achieve your long-term goals.

Grant Accelerator Program

Our Grants Accelerator Program provides a jump-start to building out a Grant Calendar you can actually execute. We provide research and behind-the-scenes support in reaching out to funders. We also create or refine language about your organization and its programs. Finally, we make recommendations for the next steps, which set you up for success when you submit proposals on your own. The Grants Accelerator Program is ideal for nonprofits with little to no grant history, those in the early stages of a comprehensive fundraising plan, and well-established organizations looking to expand into new programmatic or geographic areas.

Our Process

Our process varies depending on the services requested. Typically, client relationships begin with submitting a form to help us to determine grant readiness and to determine if you are ready for the next step which is a free consultation call to discuss goals and needs. Then, we match you with an expert on our team who has the skills and experience that best align with your organization.

ASSESS

  • We first look over your existing grant materials as well as the application you’re planning to submit. From this, we determine a price estimate for the project.

RESEARCH

  • Once the contract with price estimate is signed, we work to fill any gaps in the existing grant materials with additional research. This might include collecting data on the client population, the intervention, and more.

WRITE

  • Working closely with your team or a designated point of contact, we write the grant application to fit the funder’s requirements.

REVIEW

  • Again working closely with your team or a designated point of contact, we review and finalize the grant, making sure its information is accurate and current.

SUBMIT

  • We can help with the submission process, though often we encourage clients to submit grants themselves so that they are the final point in the chain of submission.
